Spring Concert 2011 - the sponsor's view

Phil Griffiths, Director of The Connect Team, who currently sponsor the orchestra, writes ...

On Saturday 12 March in Malmesbury Abbey we were delighted to be in the audience as the Wessex Concert Orchestra reached amazing new heights! A programme of beautiful music, including Tchaikovsky and Bruch, the perfect accompaniment to a professional viola - an all-round great performance.

Andrew and the entire orchestra and team should be very proud of their achievements. This is a wonderful example of a team that works hard together, takes on tough challenges (Tchaikovsky's 5th Symphony is no pushover!), and clearly enjoys the success that they deserve.

Connect is so pleased to be associated with the Orchestra. We hope to continue our sponsorship and to see WCO continue to go from strength to strength.
